STUDY DETAILS

This is a little test to see if the uploading of the notes works well and to try and tweak any bits to make it user friendly for both us and the interviewers.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SURVEY ON KGS TABLET

• Switch on the Samsung Galaxy tablet by pressing the top silver button on the right hand side

• Swipe the screen to unlock the device

• Connect to Wi-Fi, via the settings icon in the bottom right hand corner and find your personal Wi-Fi and enter your personal password – before any of the following steps

• Click on Snap Mobile

• User Name is 2020

• Password is KGSltd#20

• The user name and password are case sensitive, so you must be careful

• Please make sure once you have entered snap mobile by putting in the username and password you make sure all surveys are uploaded – by clicking on the arrow in the Top left had corner until it turns into a Blue tick.

• Then going through the survey if anybody selects don’t know or no answer these options are at the bottom of the screen out of view so you will have to scroll down.

• For the surveys to be sent to the office automatically you will have to connect the devices to your Wi-Fi please do this after every shift – synchronise the surveys by pressing on the arrow in the top left hand corner again.

• Make sure the device is fully charged before leaving the house to interview.

Recall and issue incentive	13th – 17th January 2020

INTERVIEWER FEES

• £40.00 per complete

Any surveys uploaded after Monday 20^th may not be used or paid for.
