The MRS is the world's largest professional body for individuals employed in market research. It exists to set and enforce ethical standards through its Code of Conduct. Emma Clark (Director) and Keith Gorton (Chairman) are individual members.

ISO 20252
KGS was accredited with the Market Research Quality Standards Association standard - MRQSA (BS7911) - in 1999.
We have been audited every year since 1999 by external assessors. MQA, and each year we have successfully complied with the regulations. In October 2006 the assessor commented "KGS's commitment to quality is endemic".
In May 2007, BS7911 was withdrawn and replaced with the internationally recognised standard ISO 20252. KGS upgraded to ISO 20252 in 2007 and continues to be registered to the standard.
