Fieldwork
KGS operates its own in-house fieldwork department which incorporates a nationwide network of in excess of 1200 interviewers managed by 15 dedicated regional supervisors.
Over the past 5 years KGS has grown considerably, its Fieldwork Only Service which offers a fast, efficient and cost effective service to other Market Research Agencies not operating their own field force, or requiring additional resources.

Data Processing
KGS houses a dedicated Data Processing facility offering all dynamics of data processing from a full tabulation analysis service to data entry only.
The department handles postal, qualitative, quantitative, tracking and ongoing panels. Data can be presented to client specification and is delivered promptly and accurately.

With a current availability of 45 telephone stations, KGS' dedicated Telephone Research Suite is headed by Suzie Butler, Director of Telephone Operations.
